To secure your reservation with a Fly Fishing Guide, a 25% deposit is required. We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard for your convenience.
River Haven Guiding is a small business and any cancellations affect us greatly.
If your reservation is cancelled within 90 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 25% of the Guide tariff plus accommodation costs for Grand Suites if booked.
Within 60 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50% of the Guide tariff plus accommodation tariff for Grand Suites if booked.
Within 45 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75% of the Guide tariff plus accommodation tariff for Grand Suites if booked.
Within 30 days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100% of the Guide tariff plus accommodation tariff for Grand Suites if booked.
Naturally we will endeavour to re-book y your Guide and if this is successful we will refund your deposit in full.
River Haven Guiding can accommodate children 18 and over.
If you’re unable to make your booked fishing holiday with us, due to official government travel restrictions implemented because of the Covid-19 coronavirus, all deposits will be credited to a future guiding with River Haven Guiding.
Cancellations for reasons other than Covid 19, our normal Cancellation Policy applies.
We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance
to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
